This is the list of businesses that signed with LECET Mid-Atlantic in December 2017:
1) Baxter Group Inc. – Baxter Group Inc. signed a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with LIUNA Local Union 11 for residential asbestos abatement work in Hagerstown, MD. Since 1989, Baxter Group, Inc., has been performing asbestos abatement/environmental work in Chambersburg, PA. CEO Jocelyne Melton has led the company to continued growth since 2010. In 2012, Baxter Group Inc. earned national certification from the Federal Government as an Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business and a Women Business Enterprise.
2) Multiscape Inc. – Multiscape Inc.was awarded the Lackawanna County Government Center and subsequently signed with LIUNA Local Union 13o in Scranton, PA. Initially named Multiscape Landscaping Company in 1997, the company has since transitioned to a corporation and a new name, Multiscape Inc, to account for client and skill growth. Multiscape Inc. holds a pre-qualified contractor license from the PA Department of Transportation for heavy highway and road projects as of 2009.
