Skilled, local workers are building the $320 million Potomac Yard Metrorail Station in Alexandria, Virginia through a project labor agreement (PLA). The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the City of Alexandria hired Potomac Yard Constructors as the project’s general contractor.
