This is the list of businesses that signed with Mid-Atlantic LECET in October 2017:
1) LT Smith and Sons, a minority business enterprise (MBE), signed an agreement to become a signatory contractor with LIUNA Local Union 710 out of Baltimore, MD.
2) Estime LLC, a strategic solutions consulting firm, signed a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) to work with LIUNA Local Union 11 out of Washington, D.C. on the Cheltenham Storm-Water Management Project in Prince George’s County, MD. This project will run through December 2017.
3) Clearwater Construction, a subcontractor for Welded Construction, signed on for two projects on the Atlantic Sunrise Pipeline. Work is taking place in in Lebanon County, Schuylkill County, and Lancaster. Both projects will take about 5 months, with completion dates at the end of February 2018. There are eight laborers on each project, making a combined total of 16 laborers.
