Reston, VA – The Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA!) Mid-Atlantic Region announced the launch of a new website for their LECET program – lecetmidatlantic.com.
The Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust Mid-Atlantic Region (LECET Mid-Atlantic) brings together the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) and its signatory contractors to address issues of importance to the construction sector. The newly launched website will help to keep contractors, workers, politicians and media representatives informed of the latest offerings from LECET Mid-Atlantic. The updated site makes it easier for companies to find information on how the Laborers’ workforce solutions can help them gain a competitive advantage in their industry, plus the latest news, fact sheets, marketing materials and information on worker training, safety and more.
“Our new site, its content and social media tools will empower not just construction workers, but also potential future signatory contractors who want the best local workforce,” said David Allison, LECET Mid-Atlantic Director. “By launching this website, local contractors and members of LiUNA Mid-Atlantic are working together to promote a greater understanding of our LECET offerings in construction,” said Allison.
LECET Mid-Atlantic also launched new social network profiles to accompany the new website:
“LiUNA Mid-Atlantic is pleased to have a new, more efficient way to reach our members and local contractors,” said Vice President and Regional Manager Dennis Martire. “As part of our commitment to regional construction growth, we’ve made it easy for site visitors to learn more about our unique and innovative workforce solutions in the construction, demolition, and asbestos remediation industries.”
